About the job

Lägereld is a modern and rapidly growing company founded to contribute to the well-being of society. We are a private healthcare provider in primary psychiatric care, primarily working within primary care in Stockholm. Currently, around 40 psychologists are affiliated with Lägereld, and many of us work remotely from locations such as Malmö, Karlstad, Stockholm, Gothenburg, San Francisco, and Turku. A significant portion of our clinical work is conducted digitally, but we also see patients in person. We have an office in central Stockholm where we (Martin & Staffan), the founders of Lägereld, along with our fantastic administrator/creator (Jonna) and chief psychologist (Joel) are based. Our key partners are the healthcare centers we collaborate with in Stockholm, as well as insurance companies. A growing part of our operations is directed towards the private sector, especially companies in Sweden. Much of what we do is healthcare-oriented, but we also work with wellness/healthcare.

About the role

We are now looking for you – a Curator – with a healthcare education or a social worker with step-1 CBT. You will have the opportunity to work at healthcare centers in Stockholm and receive clients digitally. The main part of the work will involve client work, and you will receive supervision from one of our experienced psychologists. There will also be room to work on business development projects aimed at both primary care and companies.

About you

We welcome you who are confident and self-sufficient in your role as a Curator, with sufficient experience to work independently.

We place great importance on personal suitability, where joy, warmth, initiative, and reliability are key elements.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have at least five years of clinical experience – preferably from primary care. Experience in treating children & adolescents and/or addiction is advantageous but not required.

It is a plus but not a requirement if you have worked in TakeCare.

Other

You will have the opportunity to work from home, in the office, and at healthcare centers with somewhat flexible hours. We are looking for someone who wants to work 20-60%, and if we find the right candidate, we will fill the position immediately. #jobnow
